LFG Christmas Party at Sheldon

David and Catherine live on a beautiful 2.5 acres in Sheldon. Their land is mostly compacted clay, so they have had to find alternative methods to grow their veggies. They have used techniques such as hugelkultur, raised wicking beds and layered beds.They tend to stick to fairly basic vegetables that either they or their chooks will enjoy eating.Catherine has a collection of unusual fruit trees in pots, ready to move up on top of a mountain when they retire!Sorry, no dogs allowed.
