Garden Visit and Talk on Hugelkultur Beds at Sheldon

David and Catherine live on a beautiful 2.5 acres in Sheldon. Their land is mostly compacted clay, so they have had to find alternative methods to grow their veggies. They have used techniques such as hugelkultur, raised wicking beds and layered beds.
