Hi Angie, With the help of an experienced native bee keeper, Lawrie and I recently split some native bee boxes after Lawrie had successfully managed to transfer two boxes worth of bees from some logs we had to the new boxes. In September 2015, we hoped to run a workshop for LFG on transferring native bees from logs and splitting bee boxes. It is possible there'll be a box available to a lucky member (using a raffle process, possibly) and there could be some working logs which could also go to members. Could you suggest the best timing for such a workshop, please? We'll be hosting a large family party on the weekend of 26-27 September so would prefer a workshop was either two weeks earlier or later ... in early October. Look forward to your response. Cheers, Liz
