Hi Alice, i noticed from some old posts that you have/had growing some five spice herb..... I was just wondering how to use it in cooking? have you cooked with it? I dont think I would enjoy it as a tea, maybe in some biscuits it would be nice. Any experience or ideas would be welcome. Thanks

Hi Alice, firstly thank you for the Kombucha which you brought along to the garden visit at Warrens.

I made up the liquid and put the mushroom in, however each recipe I have found said it should have had part of the previously made tea along with it.  Is this right, or will the tea still come out okay?

the jujube I have in the ground is sending up suckers up to 4 metres . So I am thinking of growing on in a big pot and remove the one in the ground.

Jujube - I have removed most of the suckers recently. Will have to check whether there are any hidden ones around and I will let you know.
