For those wanting a great supply of beans -these snake beans are much like Jacks beanstalk. They really go gangbusters in summer. Mine got over 3 metres high this year and ended up near the top of my roof. I pick them young at about a foot long while they are tender. We cut them up into pieces about a cm long. Great on their own drowning in butter or in a stir fry.
