Sometimes Ning (the web platform we use for LFG) does annoying things like loose your blog when you go to preview it.  To save this happening to you I suggest that before publishing/ previewing or saving the post, copy the body of the post and paste it into a word document.  Then if Ning does something silly you can just copy and paste it back.
