If you would like to change the type and frequency of notifications you receive from Logan Food Gardeners

• go to "My Page"
• click on settings (on the right side of page below Inbox)
• look on the left side of the page and click "email"
• from there you can tick and un-tick boxes to alter the notifications you receive.
• Then click on "save" at the bottom of the screen.

You are done :)
