Do you know everything that is happening in the region? Do you know everyone involved in different permaculture activities being held across the region? Do you want to find out how to become involved in developing a national food plan that’s relevant to our values?
Let’s Connect - is your chance to find out.
The short talks by passionate permies are just a part of the full day’s activities, which includes time to meet and talk with other permies from the wider region, not just the group you currently belong to. There will be time to chat, there will be discussion groups where your thoughts and ideas can be shared with others interested in the same area, such as community gardens, edible school gardens, or seed saving groups, etc.
At the end of the day, Cat Green will be explaining the need for a People’s Food Plan – and how we can be involved in helping to produce that document…
Attached is the Let’s Connect Program.
The $5 fee covers registration and all day tea & instant coffee. There will be real coffee available for purchase.
Lunch – bring your own lunch or purchase tasty vegetable lasagne, curry, and more, as well as cold drinks (see menu attached) by Black Ant Gourmet at Kin Kin. (Food will be available from 10:30 until 2:30).
